Consulting: One to one

Guided Meditation

If you are looking for a little zen in your life, but don’t have the discipline to do it on your own just yet, this form of meditation, with a calming voice guiding you through, is just where you should start!

Be prepared to:

  • learn breathing techniques and the benefits of breathwork

  • feel relaxed

  • explore and start the practice of clearing your mind

  • center yourself in the moment

  • gain clarity and insight into your own life

Reflective, IFS and relaxation meditation techniques will be used based on need.

 

Shared Experience: group consultation

Make your next night in with your crew fun AND productive. In this session, you can invite me to:

  • run through a mini coaching session or goal making exercise

  • talk about a particular subject. My specialties include; relationships, conflict, self care, anxiety, living in the middle ground and sex. A little bit of everything is also totally doable.

  • act as a mediator to facilitate conversation around particular topics/ answer questions you might have about mental health etc.

These sessions are fun, informative and is just something a bit different to introduce to your friend circle! I will most likely also bring cupcakes. This can also be done via video conferencing, minus the cupcakes.

 

Shared Experience: group meditation

Get a mental massage with your friends. That’s what group guided meditation feels like.

Be prepared to:

6 week course that allows couples to deepen their bond with a personalised snapshot of their relationship, using Prepare & Enrich as the model. This is perfect for ANY couple wanting to strengthen their relationship and :

Grief Recovey course

The Grief Recovery Method is an action plan. It is a series of small steps that when taken, in order, by the griever, leads to the completion of the unresolved business linked to the loss. A powerful 7 week course that moves you beyond your grief into recovery. You can expect to:

  • Understand your losses and the relationships attached to them

  • Learn the 6 myths of grief
