She helped us explore areas of our relationship that we had not necessarily given deep thought to before getting married and imparted her wisdom to us , sharing her personal experiences too.

There was one particular session where my husband and I were frustrated with each other. Ria immediately sensed the atmosphere was tense between us. She did an exercise to re-centre our hearts and remember the reason why we were there and how much we love each other. It was an overwhelmingly powerful experience and we are so thankful that Ria took the time to help us focus on what is truly important. Thank you Ria- you are amazing, down to earth and so caring.
